Q.1 d) India and Afghanistan on February 9, 2021 signed a Memorandum of Understanding [MoU] for the construction of the Lalandar (Shahtoot) Dam in Kabul. The Shahtoot dam is proposed to be constructed on the Kabul river basin, which is one of the five river basins of Afghanistan.
