India and UAE are coming together faster than expected. To strength the relationship with major gulf country, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi Muhammad bin Zayed al Nahyan on 18 February 2022 held a summit level meeting in virtual Mode. At this occasion india and Uae signed a Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement. This agreement targets to increase the bilateral trade from 60 bln US dollar to 100 billion US dollar in next five years! Both countries have also decided to enhance defence cooperation even as both countries are now part of informal new quad comprised of india-Israel-USA and UAE.
